Site Supervisor / Lead Installer – Exhibits & Trade Shows

- Lead installation and dismantle (I&D) for exhibits at local, national, and U.S. trade shows
- Supervise and direct I&D crews to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate installs
- Act as the on-site point person for clients, Account Managers, and show services
- Troubleshoot real-time challenges (freight, show services, graphics, timelines)
- Ensure builds are completed to spec, on time, and to a high professional standard
- Deliver an exceptional client experience on-site — calm, capable, and solutions-focused
- Pull, prep, and pack booth materials for upcoming shows
- Oversee organization and readiness of exhibit inventory
- Support set-ups, mock installs, and coordination with fabrication when required
- Track and submit accurate time sheets for warehouse, site, and crew hours
- Help ensure projects move smoothly from warehouse → show floor → return
- 3–5+ years of hands-on exhibit or trade show installation experience
- Proven experience leading crews on-site
- Strong working knowledge of Aluvision, Octanorm, or similar modular systems
- Experience with large custom exhibits (30’x30’, 40’x40’, or larger)
- Ability to read and work from CAD drawings
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and traveling as required
- Eligible to work in Canada and travel to the U.S.
- Valid driver’s licence
- Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience
- Experience acting as a lead or supervisor across multiple shows
- Familiarity with U.S. show logistics and border considerations
- Takes pride in a clean, well-run install

- $27.00–$35.00/hour, based on experience
