- Pull, prep, and pack booth materials, graphics, hardware, and exhibit components for upcoming shows
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, storage, and materials between projects
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Assist with deliveries and shipping logistics
- Support exhibit fabrication and finishing tasks as needed
- Install and dismantle exhibits for local, national, and U.S. events
- Assist with booth set-ups, tear-downs, and on-site adjustments
- Support coordination of I&D crews to help keep projects on track
- Troubleshoot issues related to freight, graphics, customs, and show services as needed
- Ensure projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule
- Maintain detailed and accurate time sheets for warehouse, site, and project work
- Work evenings/weekends as required; travel for projects across Canada and the U.S.
- 2–5+ years of exhibit installation, warehouse, or related hands-on experience (required)
- Trade show exhibit installation & dismantle experience strongly preferred
- Strong experience with Aluvision, Octanorm, or similar exhibit systems (preferred)
- Experience with custom exhibit builds (40’x40’+ is an asset)
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings or exhibit setup plans is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Excellent customer service skills and professional communication
- Strong problem-solving abilities; comfortable handling issues on-site
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to meet strict deadlines
- Self-motivated with a reliable, “get it done” approach
- Comfortable with physical work and warehouse tasks
- Eligible to work in Canada and travel to the U.S. (25%)
- Forklift operation experience / certification is an asset
