With us, you'll have the freedom to take the place that's rightfully yours.YOUR MANDATEYou'll be the strategist behind our most ambitious digital media campaigns. With end-to-end responsibility, you'll oversee everything from analyzing client briefs to negotiating with our partners. You will lead discussions on tactics, KPIs, and tracking. You will build engaging audiences, manage detailed media schedules, and transform complex data into actionable insights to guide our clients toward success.ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS, YOU WILL:
  • analyse the client brief, providing context and recommendations
  • select tactics and formulate detailed recommendations for channels, platforms, environments, etc., in collaboration with specialized teams and as part of the integrated 360-degree media plan
  • lead discussions on tracking and reporting with specialised teams
  • collaborate with our media partners
  • orchestrate the creation of clients' first-party audiences
  • finalise the digital media calendar and present it to clients
  • produce digital performance reports in collaboration with internal teams
  • analyse performance holistically
  • actively collaborate on annual account strategy planning
  • contribute as a digital expert to non-campaign projects
  • share POVs and useful information with clients.
WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media
  • A university degree in digital media, marketing, technology and new media, business administration, etc.
  • A keen interest in media, advertising, marketing, new technologies, and AdTech issues
  • Knowledge of the Canadian media ecosystem
  • Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong analytical skills and ease with numbers
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Proactivity and autonomy
  • Excellent knowledge of digital activation platforms: DSP, Social Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, Google Ads, etc.
  • Experience with with analytics and verification platforms is a plus: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, IAS, etc.
  • Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written (As our global network deals daily with national and international clients, a level of English that enables you to understand and express yourself fluently in both languages is a basic requirement for this role).
