- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Manage, develop, and retain an existing client portfolio (corporate, SMERF, associations, corporate groups, and tour & travel)
- Dedicate significant time to prospecting and developing new business opportunities to increase revenue
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team in terms of training and procedures
- Build and maintain a strong professional network
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain effective communication with various departments
- Collaborate closely with operational teams (front desk, reservations, accounting) to optimize overall performance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to retain clients and build long-term relationships
- Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop new business opportunities
- Strong leadership and team-oriented mindset

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of OPERA system is a strong asset
- Must have a vehicle and be available for occasional travel
- Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in hotel management, an asset
- Four (4) to six (6) years of relevant hotel sales experience
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required in this position as we serve an international clientele.
