HOW YOU’LL MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACTWithin the Organizational Development (OD) team, you will contribute to concrete initiatives aimed at improving HR and organizational practices.Support the management of OD projects: basic planning, coordination, and deliverable follow-up;Participate in updating competency frameworks and HR processes: information gathering, synthesis, and formatting;Contribute to the analysis and presentation of HR data (e.g., engagement surveys) and help prepare key findings and action recommendations;Support the facilitation and coordination of workshops and committees;Create and enhance presentations and tools (learning capsules, guides, toolkits, etc.) and contribute to the improvement of HR processes and tools;Support cross-functional initiatives: research, documentation, coordination, and follow-up activities.THE SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU AN ESSENTIAL MEMBER OF OUR TEAMCurrently enrolled in a university program in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field;Previous work or internship experience in Organizational Development and comfort working in an environment with multiple stakeholders;Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint, HRIS);Interest in and/or comfort with AI tools;Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities;Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.READY TO HELP SHAPE THE FUTURE WITH US?Apply today and connect with our Talent Acquisition team.
