- Maintain and update HR documentation, policies, employee records, and support day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Draft HR documents, including contracts, letters, and official communications.
- Track and manage incoming HR requests, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
- Support internal HR communications, employee onboarding/offboarding, and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements, helping to structure workflows and optimize efficiency.
- Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and support the HR team on employee-related matters.
- Currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or a related field.
- Knowledge in Labour Relations in Canada & USA is an asset
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, French and Spanish is considered a strong asset
