- Create and manage purchase requisitions for vendors and subcontractors as required.
- Upload job costing data and ensure accurate allocation of costs.
- Review coding and approvals for receipt entries, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Regularly monitor and address receipts not vouchered and invoice processing errors in SAP
- Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all transactions are complete and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Run, analyze, and maintain operational and financial reports in collaboration with the accounting team to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to processing deadlines.
- Build and strengthen relationships with vendors, responding promptly to inquiries and service requests.
- Monitor and reconcile bulk fuel balances regularly.
- Perform payroll time and data entry accurately and on time.

Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree
Field of Study Preferred: Accounting
Required Work Experience: Previous experience in AR/AP
Required Training/Certifications: Valid Driver's License
Travel Requirements: 5%Additional Requirements:
- Sound working knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, Google sheets, Google docs,
- Knowledge of manufacturing environment would be beneficial
- Experience with SAP would be considered an asset

- Wage range: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
