- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including managing internal data bags and maintaining accurate records of mail distribution.
- Coordinate office supply orders, catering services, and parking arrangements as needed.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answering calls efficiently and directing them appropriately.
- Provide support for internal meetings, ensuring a well-prepared and detail-oriented environment.
- Process security passes and assist with any visitor or employee access requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, contributing to a positive first impression for all guests.
- Take initiative in handling unexpected situations, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Perform light administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to support a flexible and hybrid working environment.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in an office environment that requires attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Familiarity with handling multi-line phone systems and scheduling appointments.
