
Inside Sales Representative

- Answer customer calls in a courteous and professional manner and evaluate customers’ audiovisual equipment and service needs
- Provide detailed information regarding our wide range of products and innovative technological solutions
- Communicate enthusiastically and clearly with customers by adapting language to their level of understanding to ensure that they feel at ease
- Manage objections effectively by using active listening skills and proposing alternative solutions
- Ensure products are in stock according to inventory, or validate the dates of reception of new stock
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of technological services and products in inventory, as well as a general understanding of all solutions offered by Solotech
- Save transactions in a computerized system and ensure payment of all purchases
- Experience within the theatre industry
- College diploma or any other relevant technical training
- 1 to 3 years of experience in selling audiovisual equipment or electronics
- Ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated excellent skills for selling and a strong customer service orientation
- Strong relational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Show autonomy, rigor and proactivity in undertaking files’ responsibilities
