- Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Job type: 6-month contract | Full-time
- Hires fast, pays weekly.
- 4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque.

- Identify and research potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, in-person and social media outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Make 50+ outbound sales calls daily, delivering persuasive sales pitches and presentations to generate interest in products and services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through closing, ensuring smooth handover to customer success teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, achieving monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Fluent in English and French
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- New graduate or up to 2 years' experience in customer service, sales, cold calling, or related fields
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with technology and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Groove)
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-changing environment
- Cold sales experience is a plus and can enhance your performance in outbound calls
- Experience selling technical products can be beneficial but is not mandatory
- Customer service experience is helpful to understand client needs and improve relationship building
- Experience or internship in a startup environment indicates adaptability and entrepreneurial spirit
- Having a valid driver's license is an advantage if in-person meetings are required
