- Propose, plan and deliver consulting engagements across all service lines and niches in the private, public, not-for-profit and Indigenous sectors
- Execute strategic and operational planning, program review, organizational review and redesign, culture shift and change management support, strategic HR program review, and other forms of HR and management consulting
- Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders
- Conduct research, data collection, interviews, focus groups, and surveys
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, consolidating results to provide meaningful conclusions and recommendations
- Identify innovative ways to add value to clients and foster client relationships
- Support clients in implementing new processes and tools
- Develop and support the design of high-quality deliverables including proposals, engagement letters, reports, HR programs and policies, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain flexibility to travel as necessary
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Relevant HR education and/or professional credentials are considered an asset, such as CPHR, RPR, CCP, CTMP, CCMP, Prosci Certification
- 2 to 4 years’ human resources and / or consulting experience considered an asset
- Extensive knowledge of strategic HR and talent management programs
- Knowledge of change management and communications considered an asset
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
