This is a full-time 12-month term position starting in September 2025. - Provide guidance and coaching to senior leaders and front-line managers in areas such as performance management, progressive discipline, salary administration, conflict resolution, career development, attendance management, and employee relations.
- Assist employees with navigating available resources, professional development opportunities, workplace challenges, and other employee support initiatives.
- Participate in HR related projects and initiatives, including policy and program development, communications, and training.
- Create and deliver presentations and actively participate in quarterly management meetings for assigned client group.
- Evaluate industry best practices and business trends to identify opportunities that will improve the company’s competitive advantage.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources.
- Certified HR designation or working towards is an asset.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Demonstrated progressive experience in a human resources role.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft 365 Application Suite.
- Must be available to work on-site and have the ability to travel to other locations, if required.
