Job Location: Brucejack CampWorkplace Type: OnsitePay Grade: 1.2Closing Date:About BrucejackOur Brucejack Gold Mine, a high-grade underground mine in beautiful northern British Columbia, is located approximately 65 kilometres north of Stewart. Brucejack is a fly-in/fly-out operation with pick-up points across Western Canada, making it easy for people from different places to join us. We work closely with local First Nations communities including the Nisga’a, Tahltan, Gitanyow, and Gitxsan, to build respectful partnerships and celebrate our shared community.As a member of the Brucejack family, we put your health, comfort, and safety first. The committee also plans holiday decorations, charity raffles, and outdoor events, helping create a warm and friendly community.Your impactYou’ll keep critical mobile equipment running safely and reliably, directly supporting production uptime and safe operations at a high‑performing underground mine.As part of our team, you will

Perform scheduled and breakdown maintenance on heavy mobile equipment
Diagnose and repair Caterpillar haul trucks, loaders, dozers, graders, and support equipment
Use SAP to complete work orders, parts requests, and shift handovers
Mentor apprentices and contribute to a strong safety culture
Continuously look for ways to improve maintenance efficiency and reliability

Prerequisites for your success in this role

Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic Red Seal certification
2–5 years of heavy equipment maintenance experience (mining preferred)
Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 3 with air brakes preferred)
Strong safety mindset, troubleshooting skills, and ability to work independently
Physically able to work in a remote, all‑weather environment
