Duration: 6+ MonthsSalary Range: C$49 INCCompetitive, based on experienceIntroductionWe are seeking an IT Asset Management (ITAM) professional to build and mature our software asset management capabilities across standards, CMDB taxonomy, ownership governance, and KRI metric development. This role involves close collaboration with Procurement, Vendor Management, Architecture, CMDB, and Governance & Control teams.Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in IT Asset Management, SAM, IT Governance, or CMDB roles.
- Strong understanding of ITAM/SAM processes, CMDB structures, and data quality practices.
- Experience with standards documentation, taxonomy creation, and KRI design.
- Knowledge of Procurement & Vendor Management data, approved software catalog processes.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- ITIL 4, ISO 19770, IAITAM CSAM/CITAM, or ServiceNow SAM/CMDB certifications.
- BFSI experience with control evidence, audits, and regulatory expectations.
- Experience automating metrics using ServiceNow reporting, Power BI, or SQL.
- Establish and maintain the authoritative definition of software assets and embed it in the refreshed ITAM Standard and Software KRI documentation.
- Define, publish, and govern the CMDB taxonomy for software assets to ensure alignment with enterprise needs.
- Determine in-scope software assets for Software KRIs and maintain the documented list and criteria.
- Collaborate with Architecture, G&C, CMDB, Procurement, and Segment IT teams to drive governance and reporting.
