This role is deeply rooted in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and involves leading complex projects, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence to achieve and contribute to the satisfaction and retention of the customers we serve, as well as contributing to and supporting the growth of the Ontario Medical Supply Inc. Benefits: YesJob Responsibilities:-Lead Lean Six Sigma Projects: Drive initiatives that reduce defects, eliminate waste, and optimize processes.
-Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and track project outcomes to ensure sustained improvements.
-Data Analysis: Use statistical tools to identify root causes of inefficiencies and operational issues.
-Facilitate Workshops: Conduct cross-functional meetings to brainstorm and implement improvement strategies.
-Mentorship: Coach Green Belts and other team members in Lean Six Sigma principles.
-Training Development: Create and deliver training materials to build internal capability.
-Change Management: Guide teams through organizational change and ensure alignment with strategic goalsQualifications:-Certification: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is essential.
-Experience: Proven track record in leading process improvement projects.
-Analytical Thinking: Strong skills in data analysis, root cause identification, and statistical modeling.
-Leadership: Ability to influence, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams.
-Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for all organizational levels.
-Project Management: Skilled in planning, executing, and delivering complex initiatives.Skills:
-Strategic mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
-Familiarity with tools like Minitab, DMAIC, and other Six Sigma software.
-Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, finance, or service industries is a plus.
-Ability to combine and utilize professional experience, processes, and systems to support internal and external customers.
-Ability to effectively solve common shipping problems.
