Embody expert leadership by ensuring ongoing monitoring, standardization, and the promotion of best practices, while acting as a strategic reference for teams, clients, and partners. You will also be responsible for the continuous development of products, team training, client support, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.EVERY DAY YOU WILL
- Provide a holistic and standardized vision of performance and results related to your expertise (KPIs, benchmarks, trends).
- Ensure continuous monitoring of emerging trends, technologies, and strategies.
- Guarantee consistency and rigor in practices across accounts and projects.
- Identify training needs and support the learning and skills development of teams.
- Contribute to the creation of quality assurance and operational efficiency processes.
- Act as an expert and spokesperson for clients and internal teams.
- Simplify technical concepts and support clients in adopting best practices and presentations.
- Actively contribute to the agency's visibility and thought leadership.
- Monitor market evolution and identify new strategic opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships with key media and technology partners.
- Provide strategic support on key accounts to reinforce our expertise.
- Help translate practice-related challenges into concrete and impactful recommendations for clients.
- A post-secondary degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field;
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar position;
- Strong skills in simplifying complex concepts;
- A critical and analytical mindset;
- Strong coaching abilities;
- A strong aptitude for teamwork;
- Excellent interpersonal and political skills;
- Rigor and attention to detail;
- Comfort with numbers and tools such as Excel, and strong mathematical logic;
- Experience with digital activation platforms such as DSPs: DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, Amazon, Business Managers: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Campaign Manager: Google Ads, Analytics.
- Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written - As our global network interacts daily with clients of national and international scope, a level of English that allows you to understand and communicate fluently in both French and English is a basic requirement for this role.
