Job DescriptionOur Bartenders are passionate about food, wine, and spirits. They take pride in their craft, building genuine relationships with guests-many of whom ask for them by name. With a natural sense of showmanship, strong communication skills, and keen attention to detail, they create memorable guest experiences at the bar.Bartenders are responsible for preparing beverages efficiently and consistently in line with O&B standards, while ensuring clear communication with both guests and team members regarding beverage selections and modifications.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a positive guest experience through personalized interaction and adherence to O&B's service standards
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage offerings to make thoughtful recommendations
  • Promptly receive and execute drink orders, ensuring all beverages are prepared to O&B standards
  • Present drinks neatly and efficiently at the designated service bar area
  • Clearly communicate beverage details, daily specials, and modifications to guests and team members
  • Set up and break down the bar area, including the dishwasher and cappuccino machine
  • Maintain full stock of bar products, including mise en place
  • Monitor and replenish beer kegs and liquor inventory as needed
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and support the Manager with ordering as required
  • Remain aware of special requests and guest allergies, ensuring proper handling
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications
  • Valid Smart Serve Certification required
  • At least 2 years bartending experience in a similar environment
  • Impeccable wine, beer and cocktail knowledge
  • Passion for food, beverage and providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible availability weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and able to lift and move beer kegs, liquor and wine boxes
