- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
- Developing and executing specific Go-To-Market campaigns
- Plan and execute calls and cadences to manage various relationships
- Manage and/or coach team members and AWS-focused practice leads through the various steps of the firm's sales cycle and collaboration with AWS
- Identify, qualify, and push leads through the sales process, managing complex deals.
- Ensure the growth and maintenance of the pipeline with regular CRM hygiene.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with AWS and clients to generate leads and ensure customer success.
- Participate in innovating the sales process and continuous improvement in our sales operations.
- Drive resell sales & proactive collaboration with AWS
- Stay updated on AWS services, market trends, and industry-specific solutions.
- Minimum 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years selling professional services in technology (software and AWS-specific sales experience is an asset),
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills to build and develop high-performing teams.
- A good understanding of business, business pain points, and an ability to converse with business leaders
- Ability to maintain and foster senior relationships with AWS
- Strong expertise in software sales, channel sales strategy, and selling motions
- Experience improving and innovating sales processes
- Capacity to navigate across Alliance Partner Sales, Service and Support organization and connect the vendor partner(s) with the Deloitte Team
