- A hunter mentality with a proven track record in freight brokerage or logistics sales
- Someone who can bring or build a book of business and is ready to produce from day one
- Experience working with North American lanes (Canada/USA)
- Ability to close deals, build relationships, and deliver consistent freight volumes
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Freight Broker or Sales Executive in logistics
- Ability to work on-site in Milton/Toronto Daily-May turn into hybrid or remote
- Demonstrated sales history – you must provide your numbers (e.g., monthly GP, loads moved, average margins, customer portfolio)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a “make it happen” attitude
- Source and secure new customers in the freight/logistics space
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service execution
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
