- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
- Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
- Manage incidents
- No supervision responsibility
- 5+ years professional application analysis experience
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) desired
- Ability to follow established processes and escalate issues appropriately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience authoring user documentation and training materials.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and incident management best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in JD Edwards
- On-site - work must be completed at the physical location. No option to work remotely.
