
Paid Media Specialist (Bilingual)

- Develop and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic channels
- Consult with, and advise, internal stakeholders on paid media strategy and how it will best fit with their overall campaign goals
- Execute A/B tests and ad copy variations to optimize campaign performance
- Monitor, analyze, and provide actionable insights on campaign performance metrics such as click-through rate, cost per click, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend
- Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and creative alignment
- Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize return on investment
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital advertising
- Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders
- 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
- Bilingual with the ability to speak and write in French and English
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Strong focus on prioritization and accomplishing multiple tasks
- Ability to see the whole user journey, and focus on the goal in order to optimize user experience to attain that goal
- Understanding of the role social media plays in marketing initiatives, including the importance of ethical social media usage
- Any of the following would be considered an asset:
- Any Google Ad or Meta Blueprint certifications
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, and Power BI
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and tag management (through Google Tag Manager)
- Familiarity with Sprout Social, or Spotify's ad network
