The Business Analyst supports business analysis and change initiatives by maintaining requirements, system configuration, training, and end-user documentation. The role ensures smooth system adoption by transforming legacy content for the new platform, supporting post go-live activities, and driving continuous improvement to align technology with organizational goals.What you will be doing:Documentation & Support: Maintain SOPs, workflows, and configuration documentation; log lessons learned; ensure materials remain current and user-friendly.Training & Adoption: Develop and deliver training for technical and non-technical users; provide coaching; evaluate adoption and refine materials as needed.Issue Resolution: Track and resolve post go-live issues; communicate updates; collect user feedback to guide enhancements.What you must have:Bachelor’s degree (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science) or equivalent diploma/certification.5+ years’ experience in business analysis, systems support, or documentation.Industry experience in transportation or logistics an asset.Strong business process documentation and workflow mapping.Proficiency with SOPs, training development, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools.Experience with hypercare and post go-live support.Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and collaborative.Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
