Job Category: Information TechnologyDegree Level: Bachelor's DegreeJob Description:As a Senior Technical Analyst - Oracle ERP Cloud, you will have deep technical expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud, particularly in the Financials and Procurement modules. This role will focus primarily on technical solutioning, customizations, data migration, reporting, and Oracle ERP extensions.Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.What you'll doServe as the subject matter expert for Oracle ERP technical architecture, APIs, and integration tools.Design and implement ERP configurations for core financial modules, including (but not limited to) General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management.Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and developers to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.Perform detailed analysis of functional requirements and translate them into technical designs.Provide expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), with hands on experience.Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scalability and security of Oracle Fusion implementations.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving Oracle Cloud technical issues.Knowledge of basic functional process flows and concepts in Financials and Supply Chain to support the technical and functional aspects of the Oracle Cloud ERP.Experience creating and handling Service request with Oracle Support.Experience with SFTP, FTPs, APIs and Event Driven integrations.Support designing and implementing security configurations and access controls, addressing security requirements during cloud migration.Provide technical guidance and code reviews for development teams.Assist in creating BI reports in Oracle SaaS to help the business team with their reporting needs.Participate in code reviews, technical design reviews, and solution walk-throughs with architects and functional leads.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP modules and integrations.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and developers.Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and operational support materials.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Oracle's product roadmaps and enhancements.Work cross functionally with data and integration teams across the organization to ensure alignment with organizational best practices.What you'll bringBachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.6+ years Oracle ERP experience, minimum 2 years in Cloud.Experience with Cloud Security (role-based access) and ERP sandboxing for secure testing, development, and configuration.Oracle certifications (ERP Cloud, Integration Cloud) are a plus.ERP Cloud Expertise: Strong working knowledge in Oracle ERP Cloud (especially Financials, Procurement, PPM).Data Tools: FBDI, HDL, ADFdi, Smart View, OTBI, BI Publisher, BICC.Programming: SQL, PL/SQL, Groovy (for PaaS), JavaScript (optional for VBCS/JET).Deep understanding of ERP REST/SOAP APIs, payload testing, and integrations with external systems.Security & Roles: Role-based access control (RBAC), duty/privilege mapping, segregation of duties.Expertise in managing Oracle Cloud environments, including Development, Test, and Production, alongside proficiency in Git, JIRA, and ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for issue tracking and workflow management.Why you'll love working hereThis is a full-time, permanent position. The estimated salary for this position is $119,700 - $146,300. In determining final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidate's skillset and experience as well as position location and internal equity.
