
Inside Sales Coordinator

- Acts as primary internal support resource for the Sales Team
- Generates quotes for Customers with high degree of accuracy and within 1 day of inquiry
- Owns the generation and consolidation of information in response to Customer inquiries, as required
- Coordinates Sales-led inter-departmental activities
- Owns accuracy and completeness of Customer records in CRM & ERP
- Prepares Customer-facing materials including brochures, data sheets, and trade-show media
- Provides support for various Sales Team project initiatives
- Provides assistance in the development of internal sales reporting tools
- Synthesizes and analyzes data; provides recommendations and insights
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- High degree of self-direction and focus on outcome
- Is organized and can effectively prioritize. Can manage multiple competing priorities.
- Strong EQ; able to navigate conversations and build relationships
- Able to quickly learn and understand a technical product line
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
- An ability to process data using common software tools; leverage data to provide insight
