This role supports field technicians by coordinating schedules, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Youâll act as a central point of contactâhandling calls, messages, and updates in real timeâto help keep technicians and customers on track. This fast-paced, shift-based position requires strong communication, quick thinking, and attention to detail.Key Duties:Manage and adjust technician schedules to optimize routes and efficiencyCommunicate with technicians and customers via phone, text, and messaging appsRespond to inquiries promptly and professionally in a high-volume environmentCoordinate appointment changes quickly and courteouslyReview job records to ensure tasks are completed and accurately documented in SalesforceResolve technical or logistical issues as they ariseCollaborate with customer service, sales, and finance teamsFollow team guidelines and contribute to performance targetsWhat Youâll Need:Bilingual (English and Spanish) with clear written and verbal communicationProblem-solving mindset and attention to detailAbility to multitask and stay organized under pressureBasic knowledge of North American geographyIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsNice to Have:Experience in customer support, scheduling, or dispatchFamiliarity with Salesforce or similar platformsComfort working in a bilingual (English/Spanish) live interaction setting
