Leading the weekly scope of work and aligning schedules with site priorities and resource availability. * Tracking and coordinating upcoming maintenance and project work.
  • Consulting with Facility and Equipment Owners to ensure maintenance requirements are met.
  • Reviewing and assessing work plans, sequencing tasks, and adapting schedules as needed.
  • Evaluating emergent and high‑priority issues to adjust schedules effectively.
  • Implementing long‑term plans to improve equipment availability and reliability.
  • Leading and participating in meetings using strong written and verbal communication.
  • Providing planning support, monitoring progress, and offering schedule updates.
  • Other duties as assigned by your manager.
What we are looking for:
  • Education
Minimum 3‑year college diploma, or equivalent education and experience. * Minimum 5 years of technical or maintenance experience
  • Experience
  • Experience coordinating maintenance or technical workflows in an operational environment.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong maturity and professionalism when working with technical and maintenance groups. * Knowledge of industrial systems, maintenance processes, N286 documentation, Engineering Change Control Process (ECC), the Integrated WorkControl process (IWC), and General Conduct of Operations. * Ability to organize and coordinate multiple activities in a logical sequence.
  • Highly organized with the ability to adjust complex schedules.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CMMS and related software, with willingness to participate in ongoing training.
  • Security Clearance Eligibility Required
  • Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3-5 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and/or the United Kingdom. CNL implements security screening in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat's “Standard on Security Screening” and the “Policy on Government Security.”
Working Conditions:
  • Working schedule: Four (4) days per week, ten (10) hours per day for a forty (40) hour work week.
