- Develop and own Iovate's strategy across social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, YouTube Shopping, etc.)
- Architect the sales funnel-from platform optimization to content strategy to post-click conversion
- Set KPIs, track performance weekly, and iterate quickly to improve revenue-driving content and partnerships
- Build a high-performing roster of creators, affiliates, and social sellers that consistently move product
- Manage creator recruitment, onboarding, incentivization, and content enablement
- Launch live-selling moments, co-branded creator drops, and ambassador-led content programs
- Manage external agencies to drive performance
- Analyze funnel metrics (CTR, add-to-cart, conversion rate) to inform creative and content direction
- Identify breakout SKUs and hero formats, and scale what works across channels
- Partner with performance marketing to ensure attribution and measurement best practices are in place
- Work closely with brand, DTC, creative, insights, and shopper marketing teams to integrate social commerce into product launches, key campaigns, and seasonal moments
- Partner with legal and regulatory to ensure content compliance and platform policy adherence
- 3-6 years experience in digital marketing, social commerce, or creator-led growth
- Demonstrated success scaling social commerce programs (e.g., TikTok Shop, Instagram Checkout, etc.)
- Deep fluency in short-form video trends, creator dynamics, and social platform algorithms
- Strong analytical mindset-you love digging into metrics and optimizing for performance
- Background in health, wellness, supplements, or CPG
- Familiarity with creator/affiliate platforms (Shopify Collabs, LTK, Impact, etc.)
- Experience leading creator-led product launches or live-selling events
- Platform-native fluency in TikTok commerce, including the nuances of content seeding (via KOLs/KOCs), livestream shopping, ad bidding strategies (Qianchuan), and creator recruitment via platforms like Xingtu.
- Proven ability to build full-funnel social commerce strategies, balancing reach (A1-A3) with conversion (A4-A5), and leveraging tools like Yuntu or CRM-integrated consumer segmentation to optimize content distribution.
- Hands-on experience launching and scaling product campaigns that align platform mechanics, seasonal demand (e.g., university targeting for Gen Z), and high-performing influencer archetypes.
- Strong understanding of budget deployment strategy in the Chinese or global TikTok ecosystem (e.g., balancing spend between influencer content and paid traffic injection).
- Ability to evaluate creator ROI, CPMs, and 30-day transactional metrics, and iterate quickly based on data signals.
- Familiarity with vertical influencer strategies and cross-market adaptation
