2 weeks vacation + benefits after 6 months
100% in officeMonday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
-Will need to work once every 6-7 weeks (12:30pm-8:30pm)
-For the week of 12:30pm-8:30pm, on portal emergencies for Saturday and Sunday (compensated for on-call)Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer Service Skills
- Health care and home care experience is considered an asset
- Proficient using a computer and in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills -both written and verbal
- Processing referrals and assign to a clinician
- Follow up with all referrals and tracking of clients in referral software
- Build relationships with clients
- Processing client services reports and updates
- Conducting quality control checks
- Keep up to date with protocols, procedures and workflows and ensure all targets are met
- Continuously communicate with other Intake members
- Answer phone calls and direct the call to appropriate person if applicable
- Complete ad hoc tasks
