With a strong local presence and top-tier talent, we deliver high-quality services as we help our customers bring their resources to our world.Job DescriptionFLINT is seeking a Pipefitter Lead Hand with experience in stainless steel threaded piping and installation for a one-month field construction job in Red Deer, AB, starting April 6, 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with 8-hour workdays.This position does not include camp accommodations, living-out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years' experience in an industrial or field construction environment.
Valid Journeyperson Pipefitter certificate/ticket.
Ability to meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements, including:

CSTS 2020
WHMIS
Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Must have reliable personal transportation to the work site.
Valid driver's license and a clean 5-year Driver's Abstract with fewer than 6 demerits.
