What's the Job?We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Developer to build, deploy, and support production-grade ML solutions across an enterprise digital ecosystem. This hands-on role focuses on end-to-end ML development, MLOps, and close collaboration with engineering and product teams.Pay Rate: $45.12/hour
Type: Full-Time Contract | Day Shift (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
Duration: 13+ weeks | Extension & FTE conversion possibleKey Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy ML models from data ingestion to production
  • Build scalable ML pipelines using Python and modern ML frameworks
  • Implement CI/CD, Docker, and monitoring for production models
  • Prepare and transform complex, real-world datasets
  • Monitor model performance, drift, and data quality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into ML solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience delivering production ML solutions
  • Strong Python skills and ML fundamentals
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Hands-on MLOps experience (CI/CD, Docker, deployment, monitoring)
  • Strong understanding of model evaluation, data leakage, and bias/variance
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Snowflake or enterprise data systems
  • Familiarity with LLMs (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face
