- Assist our Senior/Intermediate Engineers preparing municipal infrastructure projects, site studies and design, contract documentation and graphic presentations,
- Provide project engineering and task management,
- Perform overall site layout, grading, utility layout and drainage,
- Conduct complex hydraulic and hydrologic modeling,
- Collect, assimilate, and present data in reports, memos, and public forums,
- Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures,
- Perform administrative duties associated with project management for civil/site projects,
- Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects,
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or closely related field,
- 5+ years of related experience in civil or environmental projects,
- EIT in Alberta
- Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software will be an asset,
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, AutoCAD, GIS, MicroStation a plus,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
