--As a Consultant in the Finance as a Service (FaaS) team within Operate, you will support clients in modernizing and managing their finance operations. You will work as part of a cross-functional team, leveraging technology and process expertise to deliver high-quality solutions that address clients’ evolving finance needsWhat will your typical day look like?
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand finance operations requirements and pain points.
  • Support the design, implementation, and delivery of FaaS solutions, including process optimization, automation, and reporting.
  • Assist in the migration and onboarding of client finance processes onto the OperateNext platform.
  • Perform day-to-day finance operations activities, such as accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
  • Leverage digital tools and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, status updates, and documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and knowledge sharing within the FaaS team.
  • Support change management and training efforts for client teams.

We are continuously seeking additional resources to join the team.Enough about us, let’s talk about youYou are a Finance practitioner with the following education, experience and attributes:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in finance operations, shared services, managed services, or consulting.
  • Familiarity with finance processes such as AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite) and finance automation tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Client service mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $61,000 - $91,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
