- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand finance operations requirements and pain points.
- Support the design, implementation, and delivery of FaaS solutions, including process optimization, automation, and reporting.
- Assist in the migration and onboarding of client finance processes onto the OperateNext platform.
- Perform day-to-day finance operations activities, such as accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
- Leverage digital tools and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, status updates, and documentation.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and knowledge sharing within the FaaS team.
- Support change management and training efforts for client teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in finance operations, shared services, managed services, or consulting.
- Familiarity with finance processes such as AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite) and finance automation tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Client service mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
