- Location: Remote - Ontario

- Start Date: ASAP
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
- Partner with internal teams to design and implement process improvements across operations and finance
- Leverage automation and AI tools to identify inefficiencies and help prototype workflow enhancements
- Support accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
- Track and categorize receipts, employee expenses, and reimbursements
- Maintain financial dashboards and reporting to ensure alignment across projects, billing, and resource tracking
- Keep internal documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) current and accessible
- Support compliance with financial policies and ensure records are audit-ready
- Collaborate with finance and leadership to prepare billing and reporting data
- Utilize project management and automation tools to streamline workflows
- 4-5 years of experience in operations, finance coordination, or bookkeeping support
- Working knowledge of invoicing, reconciliations, and financial tracking
- Familiarity with accounting or expense management tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar platforms)
- Clear written communication and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working remotely in a distributed team environment
- Experience in a technical or professional services environment is an asset
