
Senior Manager, Strategic Business Transformation

- Lead and support strategic transformation initiatives across the business unit, from ideation through execution
- Analyze complex business challenges and develop comprehensive strategies to address them, focusing on enhancing operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Analyze and enhance internal processes, leveraging automation, AI, and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the integration of newly acquired affiliates, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and strategic goals.
- Evaluate and evolve the business support model to meet changing organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of transformation projects.
- Develop business cases, project plans, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and digital transformation tools (e.g., RPA, AI platforms).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and influence without direct authority.
- English required: interaction with English speaking stakeholders across Canada.
- Experience in a telecommunication industry.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP certification).
