The Senior Project Manager - Construction will lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position in Burlington requires expertise in managing multiple stakeholders, detailed planning, and problem-solving to deliver exceptional results in the construction industry.

Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to maintain clear communication and alignment.
Oversee project schedules and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on all sites.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project outcomes.

Extensive experience managing complex construction projects in the design build industrial buildings industry.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality control standards.
A post-secondary degree in a related field such as engineering, construction management, or architecture is preferred.
