
HR Business Partner

- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and team leaders, offering guidance on HR-related topics such as workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
- Partner with leadership to promote a positive organizational culture that fosters employee engagement, productivity, and retention
- Lead and support initiatives around talent development, succession planning, and employee learning programs
- Manage and oversee the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and proactively address talent challenges or opportunities
- Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
- Previous HR experience, including experience in a consulting or business-partner capacity
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software tools
