- Manage all aspects of full-cycle bookkeeping: accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
- Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll records
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with general ledger maintenance
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts
- Prepare and file sales tax reports and ensure compliance with government regulations
- Collaborate with management to provide reporting and analysis of financial data
- Support the preparation for year-end audits or reviews as requested
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation
- 5+ years of professional experience performing full-cycle bookkeeping
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to manage complex spreadsheets
- Exceptional organizational skills and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
