- Support and maintain a multi-resort Point-of-Sale (POS) and ecommerce system
- Investigate system issues, troubleshoot root causes, and help implement practical solutions
- Assist in improving system performance and identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and revenue
- Collaborate with business teams (marketing, operations, resort staff) to manage product listings and system updates
- Analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making with insights from the POS system
- Create clear documentation and “how-to” guides for system users
- Communicate with external vendors and internal stakeholders via Teams, email, and phone
- Hands-on experience with real-world enterprise systems
- Exposure to data analysis, system optimization, and troubleshooting workflows
- Opportunity to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Insight into how technology supports operations across multiple physical location
- Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity-willing to dig in and figure things out
- Solid computer skills (Windows environment; familiarity with databases or scripting is a plus)
- Good communication skills-you can explain technical concepts clearly
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable asking questions and working with different teams
- Experience with POS systems, databases, or data tools
- Basic understanding of retail, ecommerce, or transaction systems
- Customer service or team-based work experience
- Interest in skiing, snowboarding, or outdoor activities
