POS Systems Administrator - Maternity Leave Coverage

• Support and maintain a multi-resort Point-of-Sale (POS) and ecommerce system
• Investigate system issues, troubleshoot root causes, and help implement practical solutions
• Assist in improving system performance and identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and revenue
• Collaborate with business teams (marketing, operations, resort staff) to manage product listings and system updates
• Analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making with insights from the POS system
• Create clear documentation and “how-to” guides for system users
• Communicate with external vendors and internal stakeholders via Teams, email, and phone

• Hands-on experience with real-world enterprise systems
• Exposure to data analysis, system optimization, and troubleshooting workflows

• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity-willing to dig in and figure things out
• Solid computer skills (Windows environment; familiarity with databases or scripting is a plus)

• Comfortable asking questions and working with different teams

• Experience with POS systems, databases, or data tools
• Basic understanding of retail, ecommerce, or transaction systems
• Customer service or team-based work experience
