We’re looking for a Marketing Manager, Community & Partnerships to join our team and report to the Senior Manager, Paid Partnerships. In this role, you’ll own community marketing and brand partnerships as a growth channel—driving brand awareness, consideration, and customer acquisition across the US and Canada. You’ll lead the channels and work closely with agencies, external partners, and cross-functional teams, to engage multicultural audiences and deliver measurable growth impact.What You’ll Do
• Develop, lead, and execute a comprehensive community marketing strategy for the AMER region, including ambassador programs, event activations, and strategic partnerships aligned with company goals.
• Lead AMER’s sponsorship programs, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to drive growth, expand reach, and enhance brand visibility.
• Oversee, optimize, and scale community marketing and sponsorship programs across AMER, ensuring alignment with our client's brand vision and regional priorities.
• Lead negotiations with community partners to establish clear terms, expectations, and success metrics for successful collaborations
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of the channels, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
• Manage and optimize a multi-million-dollar community and sponsorship marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI.Required Qualifications
  • 5–8+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, community marketing, and/or business development, with clear ownership of programs end-to-end.
  • Proven experience building and scaling community marketing or partnership programs that drive measurable business impact (e.g., acquisition, engagement, or brand lift).
  • Experience managing brand partnerships programs, including negotiation and execution.
  • Strong track record of working with multicultural audiences and community-based organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, partnering effectively with Creative, Analytics, Legal, Finance, and external agencies.
  • Experience managing seven-figure marketing budgets, with a disciplined, ROI-driven approach to investment and prioritization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to measure performance, inform decisions, and optimize programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting results and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
Compensation: $35/hour
