The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing communications, maintaining office supplies, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.Administrative Assistant responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Provide accurate information to clients, visitors, and staff in person, via phone, and email
Manage daily post office runs and bank deposits
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
Perform administrative duties such as preparing settlements, managing accounts payable/receivable, and processing purchase orders
The successful candidate has:
2+ years of experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
High school diploma required; additional training in office administration is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and QuickBooks
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and label makers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Compensation and benefits:
The discussed salary range is $65,000 – $80,000 depending on experience
Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
