  • Working with a close-knit team acting as a key connector across the organization.
  • Ad-hoc days on site required in their North Vancouver office.
What & Why:We're looking for a WFM Functional Analyst to work with a tight knit team as they embark on a transformative program. In this role you'll act as the functional owner for workforce management processes such as time capture, scheduling, wage calculations, absence management, and payroll inputs. This role ensures compliance with employment standards, optimizes processes across Workday, UKG, and ADP integrations, and leads functional testing to maintain accurate payroll operations. Serving as a bridge between People & Culture, Payroll, Retail Operations, Legal, and Technology, the analyst drives process improvements, supports system upgrades, and ensures a seamless employee and manager experience around time and pay.Who:You will be working with an award-winning organization with a very strong brand reputation. They are a local Vancouver organization that has expanded globally and is looking to continue their growth. They have an office in North Vancouver, and you should be able to head into their office once in a whileYou:You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
  • 5+ years in HRIS or Workforce Management functional roles, specialising in timekeeping, absence, and payroll processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Absence & Time Off and UKG Workforce Management (Time Capture & Scheduling).
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or other multi-jurisdiction, frontline-heavy industries.
  • Strong understanding of wage & hour compliance, accruals, and payroll operations.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, write functional specifications, and lead user acceptance testing.
  • Experience in ADP payroll integrations.
  • Experience with Agile delivery and backlog management tools.
