- Assist in the development and execution of media plans
- Use various media tools to conduct market research, audience analysis, and media consumption studies
- Collaborate with specialist teams (Digital & Offline trading teams, Paid Search and Social teams) to plan and execute campaigns
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Assist in the preparation of detailed reports and presentations showcasing campaign results, insights, and recommendations for clients
- Keep abreast of industry trends through trade journals, industry workshops/seminars and track current events
- Oversee all media accounting and administrative duties required including following up on partner invoice reconciliation, verifying monthly media expenditure reports (BCRs) and responding to client billing inquiries
- Digitally savvy: uses digital and social media, demonstrates passion about emerging media, Google Analytics, Google Images, ability to search and research topics, etc.
- Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail

- University or College degree/diploma in Media, Marketing, Business, or related field; OR equivalent professional work experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years as a Planning and/or Buying Assistant
- Demonstrated understanding of media basics and concepts
- Working knowledge of Syndicated tools (Lens, Telmar, Mediaocean/DDS, etc.)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate concisely and clearly both orally and in writing in both French and English
