
Business Development Representative

- Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and showroom appointments
- Provide detailed product information and address customer questions or concerns
- Generate and follow up on leads through prospecting, networking, and events
- Participate in trade shows, rallies, and promotional events to showcase products
- Support customers throughout the sales cycle, including handling objections and negotiating terms
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience (RV or automotive an asset)
- Valid driver's license and passport; willingness to travel for shows and events
- Comfortable towing or backing up a trailer (training provided if needed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Positive, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
- Willingness to obtain Vehicle Sales License Certification (employer-paid)
