Location: Chilliwack, British ColumbiaWhat you will be doing:Takes overall responsibility for managing, coordinating and administering a CRM pipeline for the company’s offices throughout the lower mainland.Work with individual unit offices to budget projects effectively for sales presentationsWork with project staff for seamless project handoffs into preconstruction with all sales deliverables and expectations communicated.Work with company offices to match designers/ architects and other consultants with clientsUnderstand preconstruction deliverables and ability to communicate realistic expectations for the project experience.Understand construction schedules and budgets to speak effectively to clientsUnderstand and aid in preparing estimates and budgets for all projects which includes self-perform and management time.Manages on site walkthroughs for business development and educational opportunitiesUnderstand client budget requirements and guide design expectations to meet these parametersAvailability to aid with project teams and sit in client updates to aid in transition to project execution.Liaises with architects, designers, other consultants to facilitate successful project sales and handoff for preconstruction execution.Other duties as required.What you must have:3-5 years of experience in sales/ business development roles related to the construction industryMinimum 2 year diploma in construction management, project management or business management or equivalent trainingAbility to delegate work as required to administrators to assist in managing a CRM, communications and back end supportDemonstrates a high level of professionalism and ability to represent the company in all interactions with various
design professionals, vendors, clients and subcontractorsKnowledge of construction systems and assemblies, building codes, mechanical and electrical systems,
controls and other requirements is an asset lending to positioning as an expert in the fieldAble to work autonomously and is a self-starter.Takes a proactive and solution-orientated approach to daily work.Possesses strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working with people and in a team environment.Is an excellent oral and written communicator.Has experience and proficiency with CRM software, MS Office Suite and other sales management toolsExperience working with estimating software an assetHas a valid driver’s license and vehicle to travel around the Lower Mainland and beyond.Salary/Rate Range: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
