Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role This individual will be responsible for supervising all aspects of interior finishing and ensuring the highest standards of quality, schedule, and safety on a multi-family wood-frame project.Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager and Site Superintendent in day-to-day site operations and logistics.
- Collaborate with the Lead Site Superintendent to plan and implement finishing schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate interior finishing sub-trades, ensuring floor-by-floor schedule targets are met.
- Enforce strict quality control protocols to guarantee all finishing work meets or exceeds design specifications.
- Strong understanding of construction practices, job safety requirements, sequencing, and scheduling.
- Experience working in high-performance, team-oriented environments.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and building codes with accuracy.
- Comfortable navigating contract language and determining scope of work.
- Proficiency in construction-related software is an asset (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
- Passionate about building high-quality products and managing complex finishing scopes.
