- Support HR Business Partners by assisting in the creation and maintenance of administrative systems, including monthly reports and employee files.
- Provide SAP/ERP support to streamline HR functions and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist with benefits administration and communication to ensure employees are well-informed and supported.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and Pensions to facilitate smooth HR processes.
- Participate in recruitment and selection activities, contributing to hiring the best talent for the organization.
- Post-secondary HR-related Degree, Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent HR-related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with SAP/ERP systems is an asset.
- Previous experience working in a unionized environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
