- Develop Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, and Standard Work Instructions for new and existing programs
- Participate in APQP teams for new part programs
- Source and specify new equipment using lean principles
- Solve part quality issues and implement corrective/preventative actions
- Lead capacity analysis and support production troubleshooting
- Track and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
- Lead and participate in CI activities including SMED, VSM, 5S, and inventory management
- Develop and implement cost-reduction and efficiency improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with safety and design standards
- Prepare and revise production operations manuals
- Work in compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standards
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience in mechanical/manufacturing disciplines
- 3–5 years of experience in high-speed manufacturing (automotive preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience with manufacturing/machining processes
- Familiarity with mechanical/hydraulic pressing
- Knowledge of ISO, QS, IATF standards and Lean Manufacturing
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Powder Metallurgy Technologist (PMT) Certification Level 1
- Experience leading CI projects and using problem-solving techniques
- Proven success in reducing scrap, tooling costs, and lead times
