- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, vendors and contractors, and team members
- Oversee property inspections, vendor coordination, and process optimization to maintain exceptional property care.
- Manage budgets and operational expenses, providing detailed reporting to support financial transparency.
- Resolve guest concerns swiftly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and fostering trust.
- Identify growth opportunities, spearhead new initiatives, and expand market presence.
- Set and track performance metrics, ensuring operational goals are consistently met.
- Lead by example, creating an employee training process and overseeing employee onboarding, fostering a positive, solutions-focused culture within the team.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and revenue management to enhance revenue streams and optimize guest experience
- 2+ years of experience in leadership with a proven track record of a results driven approach
- 2+ years experience in property management, vacation rentals, or hotel experience required
- A demonstrated ability to lead, supervise and develop a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset, ready to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry-related software and data analytics tools is a plus.
- Experience with business finance, including experience managing KPIs, budgets and reading P&Ls required to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Prior knowledge and experience with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) highly preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (BA or BS) preferred
- This role requires being on site in Canmore AB.
