This role offers a unique opportunity to career path into an automotive sales position!Subaru of Lethbridge is a family owned and well-established dealership that prioritizes giving back to our local community, and places pride in offering a strong team culture and positive employee experience.What You'll Do:You will be responsible for providing support with our vehicle lot maintenance, performing vehicle deliveries with customers and ensuring seamless execution in prepping all vehicles for sale:Lot & Showroom
  • Receive, organize and prepare vehicles for display while ensuring accurate vehicle pricing and presentation
  • Take photos/videos vehicles in inventory and write engaging descriptions to drive online interest on the website
  • Maintain lot and showroom appearance, including signage, displays and overall cleanliness such as washing, removing debris and snow, picking up garbage and boosting batteries
Internal Sales Support
  • Coordinate the intake of used vehicles, moving them along the reconditioning process and prep for sale on the lot
  • Work with the sales, service and parts departments and external vendors to ensure sold vehicles are ready for delivery, and unsold vehicles are prepared for the lot in a timely manner.
  • Track vehicle stages throughout the process and communicate updates with the sales team, working together to rectify or accommodate last-minute changes
  • Perform final inspection on the vehicle to confirm accuracy of the order
Customer Delivery
  • Perform vehicle deliveries with customers as needed, demonstrating how to use features and technology
  • Introduce customers to the Service Department and schedule in their first service appointment
  • Stay up to date with current new vehicle technology and training
  • Greet and assist customers as needed during peak times, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer service experience
What You Bring:
  • 2-3 years' previous customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated technological and computer skills including the knowledge and ability to upload videos and pictures and update websites
  • Ability to perform physical work which includes prolonged standing, walking and the ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Valid driver's license
