- Part-time schedule: 2–3 days per week (flexible based on business needs with potential to move into full-time)
- Assist with daily accounts coordination, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting using Excel
- Managing Social Media ads
- Support processes by handling claims, documentation, and follow-ups with customers and vendors
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, preparing reports, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, data management)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently
- Experience with coordination, claims, or service-related administration
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalated issues professionally
